Leasing Consultant

The Landing at D'Iberville Apartments is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant. The primary responsibility will be to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community and properly secure the lease. A leasing consultant is service oriented and will be the primary communicator to all prospects, residents and vendors. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant. • 1 year or more of leasing experience
• Able to walk the entire property and climb stairs to view apartments, to ensure your product looks its best
• Experience with Entrata, preferred
• Superior writing and editing skills and ability to demonstrate versatility in writing formats, including online
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with Google Drive
