Job Description

The Landing at D'Iberville Apartments is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant. The primary responsibility will be to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community and properly secure the lease. A leasing consultant is service oriented and will be the primary communicator to all prospects, residents and vendors. Landmark offers a competitive salary, commissions, flex time, medical, dental and vision insurance and 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant. To be an effective Leasing Consultant you will need to: Have a great attitude Have a strong sales background Have an outgoing and friendly personality Be able to communicate clearly and effectively Have professional customer service Have a polished appearance Be able to work Saturdays Manage the reputation of the community via social media Take pride in your work Be a good listener Be detailed oriented Go above and beyond Key job qualifications include:
  • 1 year or more of leasing experience
  • Able to walk the entire property and climb stairs to view apartments, to ensure your product looks its best
  • Experience with Entrata, preferred
  • Superior writing and editing skills and ability to demonstrate versatility in writing formats, including online
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with Google Drive
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you are smart, driven and passionate we'd love to meet you.
