What You'll Be Responsible For Greeting prospective residents and creating a welcoming first impression Leading tours that feel natural and engaging — not scripted Building rapport quickly and understanding what each prospect is looking for Following up in a timely and professional way Supporting the leasing team with day-to-day office activity Maintaining knowledge of the community, pricing, and availability Contributing to a positive experience for residents and prospects What We're Looking For The right person for this role: Is outgoing, approachable, and confident with people Communicates clearly and naturally Brings energy to the environment — even on shorter shifts Pays attention to details that impact the experience Is dependable and shows up ready to contribute Learns quickly and adapts to different situations Can work during the summer and on What This Role Is NOT Not just sitting at a desk waiting for traffic Not a scripted, one-size-fits-all leasing role Not a passive, low-impact position Anyone can unlock a door and walk a tour.
