With a blend of expertise in sales and a natural ability to connect with people, our Leasing Agents are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. They thrive on building meaningful relationships, inspiring trust, walking potential residents through their journey to finding their new home, and ensure every resident feels welcome and valued. Primary Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries Explain lease terms, pricing, and community policies Process rental applications and supporting documentation Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals Prepare lease agreements and renewal paperwork Process move in/out Sparkling units as needed Resident Relations Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Assist residents with questions, concerns, and requests Coordinate resident events and community engagement activities Support lease renewal efforts and resident retention Administrative Duties Maintain accurate resident and prospect records Enter traffic, applications, and leasing data into property management software Answer phones and manage office communications Assist with filing, reports, and daily office organization Collect rental payments Property Presentation Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable Report maintenance or curb appeal concerns Conduct market surveys of competing properties Social media and marketing efforts Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office Property management software experience preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Skills Sales and closing skills Conflict resolution Time management Attention to detail Ability to work weekends Typical Performance Goals Occupancy percentage goals Lease conversion goals Renewal goals Customer service scores/reviews Follow-up and lead response times Ability to work flexible hours, Saturday's required.
