Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers ️ Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Participate actively in team events as per team standards Commit to weekly one-on-one real estate agent coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and promote properties Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying solutions Real estate agent centric mindset Expert in prospecting and lead generation ➡️✅Naturally adept at overcoming objections
