Responsibilities Graduation from PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Conduct 1-2 open houses per month Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments Engage in script practices according to team standards Participate in team activities as per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications At Beckman's Real Estate, we are seeking an exceptional sales professional who is driven by intrinsic motivation and possesses a competitive spirit.
