Part-Time Leasing Agent

Brown Investment Properties is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to work at Magnolia Hill Apartments in Carthage, NC. Looking for outgoing, detailed-oriented person with great marketing sense, customer service skills, and computer competency. Multifamily experience a plus. Bilingual a plus.

. Credit, background and drug screens required prior to hiring. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants during property tours and leasing process.
• Utilize knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
• Effectively market available properties to attract potential tenants, utilizing bilingual skills when necessary.
• Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records, process applications, and communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction. Qualifications
• Customer service experience in a property management or real estate setting
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
• Strong communication skills in English and [insert second language for bilingual requirement]
• Proficiency in computer skills, including property management software like Yardi or OneSite
• Ability to effectively market properties and negotiate contracts
• Experience in property leasing and maintenance tasks BIP is an EOE.
