Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly commission

Responsibilities:

Must have an NC real estate license. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Leverage our advanced lead generation systems to identify and engage with potential buyers and sellers, maximizing your sales opportunities. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing to prospective clients. Collaborate with our in-house closing coordinator to ensure seamless transactions and a positive client experience from start to finish. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Utilize our tech-driven tools to manage a client database, track interactions, and follow up effectively to build long-term relationships. Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, advocating for the clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.

Qualifications:

Must have a NC real estate license. Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel informed and confident. Proven track record of leveraging technology to generate and nurture leads, turning potential buyers into satisfied homeowners. Ability to conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. Commitment to participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge. Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to foster a supportive and innovative work environment.
