What You'll Do Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy, well-supported new residents Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages long-term renewals Conduct engaging property and apartment tours that inspire confidence and excitement Maintain organized and accurate lease files and support daily administrative functions Update leasing data, complete weekly market surveys, and support occupancy goals Present model units and amenity areas with professionalism, care, and attention to detail Support the property's marketing efforts, including outreach and social media updates Respond to resident needs with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy What We're Looking For Experience in multi-family leasing or a strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship-building A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and calm under pressure A motivated team player who thrives in a goal-driven, professional environment Someone who takes initiative and enjoys creating memorable resident experiences Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred Previous property management experience preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus Why Chandler?
