Part-Time About the Role We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving leasing and occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities Manage leasing activities including lead response, tours, applications, and move-ins Build strong relationships with prospects and residents Deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns Support retention efforts and renewal outreach Execute marketing activities and maintain online presence Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies Maintain community appearance and assist with office operations What Success Looks Like Strong leasing conversion performance Timely follow-up on leads and prospects Accurate and compliant leasing files Positive resident interactions and online reputation Contribution to occupancy and retention goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-focused attitude Basic computer proficiency CompensationBenefits 401(k): 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2% Employer-paid industry certifications and designations Career growth and advancement opportunities Work Environment Regular walking and standing throughout the community Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally Indoor and outdoor work environment
