The team at the Cardinal Apartments seeks an experienced Leasing Professional for their lovely apartment community in Greensboro, N.C. Previous apartment experience is a MUST! We are marketing-oriented, and candidate must also be able to assist Property Manager in the responsibilities of managing a large community. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, problem solving, property operations, marketing, and people! Prior apartment marketing and leasing experience is essential! Working knowledge of rent collections, budgeting and invoice processing is helpful. We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results. Excellent training, benefits, PTO plan. Full time, and some Saturdays are required.
