Responsibilities & Duties Leasing & Marketing Drive marketing initiatives, track traffic, and actively pursue new leads Qualify prospective residents and schedule appointments with confidence Deliver enthusiastic, high‑impact apartment tours that highlight key features and create urgency Process, qualify, and approve rental applications Resident Retention Deliver proactive, top‑tier customer service Address and resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care Serve as the communication bridge between residents and maintenance teams to ensure timely, high‑quality service Property Condition & Coordination Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and vacant units Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to complete repairs efficiently and effectively Qualifications & Skills We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience in apartment leasing Strong salesmanship and closing abilities Weekend availability when needed Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A valid driver's license
