Qualifications:

Must have NC real estate license. Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Ability to guide clients through the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence. Proven track record of conducting thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in every transaction.
