Most agents enter the business excited—but lacking structure. They receive a license, join a traditional brokerage, and are told to "go figure it out." Without leads, systems, or coaching, many agents close just 0-3 deals per year and leave the industry entirely within a few years. Sanford Surrounded was built to solve that exact problem. We are currently expanding and looking for a select group of early-career or newly licensed agents who want to build a serious, long-term business.

Respond to inbound buyer and seller opportunities with a high sense of urgency. Conduct professional buyer consultations and listing appointments. Show homes and expertly advise clients through the buying and selling process. Manage active transactions from contract to close using our proven checklists. Build long-term, referral-based relationships within our community.Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Real Estate License (OR actively working toward obtaining one). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Willingness to adopt our tech stack and follow proven systems.Note:
Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. Real estate can be an incredible, highly lucrative career for people willing to take it seriously.
