Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we manage 4,000 units and aim to expand to 10,000 by 2030. The Opportunity We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Passion for providing exceptional customer service 1+ years of Leasing experience in a Multifamily environment (preferred) Affordable Housing leasing experience preferred Thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends based on business needs Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, internet, email) Working knowledge of Yardi and/or RealPage Property Management software preferred
Leasing Activities:
Lead Management:
Take on more responsibility for managing leads, following up with prospects, and closing leases.Application Processing:
Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.Move-In Coordination:
Ensure apartments are ready for new residents and coordinate move-ins.Resident Retention:
Service Requests:
Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction on maintenance service request.Resident Events:
