As a Showing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with seasoned sales agents, gain practical market experience, and establish a solid foundation for a prosperous real estate career, all while benefiting from exceptional training, advanced systems, and dedicated support.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with sales agents to guide buyers through home searches and evaluations Conduct property showings and provide comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their preferences Complete our New Agent Launch program to sharpen your skills and boost confidence Engage in weekly script practice and team training sessions in line with team standards Participate in Partner Calls Record all tasks and client interactions using our team CRM and technology platforms Attend team meetings and contribute to activities following GHT protocols

WHO YOU ARE
Possess an active NC Real Estate License (mandatory for application) Passionate about building meaningful professional relationships Motivated, receptive to coaching, and committed to advancing your real estate career Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset in all interactions Comfortable spending considerable time in the field and traveling across the market area Skilled at listening attentively and helping clients clarify their true needs Demonstrate a strong history of reliability and dedication Hold a high school diploma or equivalent About-our-team
