Leasing Consultant Position Cape Fear Management, LLC Wilmington, NC Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Accounts receivable Customer communication Lead generation Organizational skills Prospecting Marketing Full Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated, dedicated individual to take on the role of Leasing Consultant in a High Paced Office Environment . Applicant must be able to take direction and work cooperatively with the Property Manager as a team. Applicant should possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and think ahead to anticipate needs as well as have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: showing rental condominiums, taking & processing prospect applications, answering phones & emails, receipting rents, making deposits, taking work orders from residents, delivering notices, daily tenant communications and property inspections. Work hours fall within : Mon - Fri 9 to 5 pm and Sat 10 - 4 pm, 5 days per week, must be available to work some Saturdays. Responsibilities for this Position Include assisting office to :
  • Market the property and its amenities to prospective renters
  • Checking to ensure apartments are properly prepared and ready for leasing
  • Handle all leasing and customer service responsibilities
  • Focus on converting leads into effective leases by outreach, prospecting and lead generation
  • Process tenant applications and lease renewals
  • Provide tours of community to prospects and using persuasive techniques to highlight community amenities and property features
  • Help to Coordinate work orders with property manager as needed
  • Work as a team with other on-site staff including Property Manager & Maintenance staff
  • Treat all prospective and current residents professionally and with courtesy Applicants should be:
  • Proficient with overall computer usage and specifically microsoft office programs and google drive. Experience with rental software preferred, but not required if willing and able to learn.
  • Some accounts receivable experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Driven by action and results
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as take direction and be adaptable
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines
