The Lofts at Mill Creek & Enclave at North Point Apartments Apartment Dynamics is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Professional to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leasing, marketing, customer service, and working with people in a fast-paced apartment community environment. Responsibilities Market and lease apartment homes to prospective residents Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of large apartment communities Support resident retention and community marketing initiatives Assist with rent collections and administrative responsibilities Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and residents Qualifications Bilingual (preferred) Previous apartment leasing experience is highly preferred Prior apartment marketing and outreach experience is a strong advantage Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with rent collections is helpful Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach What We Offer Comprehensive training and development Competitive benefits package Company-paid majority of health and other insurance premiums Generous paid time off (PTO) Supportive, drug-free and crime-free work environment Opportunity for growth within a dynamic property management company Schedule Full-time position Two Saturdays per month required Apply Today Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume via email for consideration.
