This position rewards hard work with unlimited commission earning potential! Our office is open weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are flexible around scheduling. As a Leasing Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by providing excellent customer service and a demonstrating a competitive spirit. You will perform all activities related to leasing to new and potential residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Customer service will be your core job duty to help our clients find their next home. We are a growing company looking for someone who thrives in a competitive environment!
