Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated online Sales & Listing Specialist to manage online listings for laptops, parts, and electronics within our electronics recycling operation. This role is responsible for creating high-quality product listings, optimizing pricing, handling customer communications, and supporting overall online sales growth. Key Responsibilities Create, optimize, and manage eBay listings for laptops, computer parts, and electronic devices. Capture clear, professional product photos. Process orders, print labels, and coordinate shipping with the warehouse team. Track inventory, update sold items, and ensure accurate stock records. Process orders and shipping coordination Track inventory and sold items Monitor the eBay performance and sales reports Respond to customer questions, messages, and offers in a timely and professional manner. Previous eBay selling experience is preferred (any online or e-commerce). Strong knowledge of electronics, computers, or parts. Ability to research product values, model numbers, and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in listings. Strong written English communication for professional customer interaction.
