Most of the individual's time would be creating brochures, writing and placing print ads as well as maintaining our social media and websites. - Prepare Presentation (PowerPoint) Print Advertising
- Design/Review Ads
- Send/Confirm Ads
- Keep a list of all ads current & past
- Keep a list of all ads running by property
- Review All Ad Invoices (NP, KY & HAS) & Approve payment Digital Advertising
- Websites & Other Media
- Agri Affiliates (Website)
- Land Watch (Website)
- Lands of America (Website)
- Constant Contact blasts
- Global Auction (Auctions Only)
- Agri Affiliates Bid Wrangler Platform (Auctions Only)
- You Tube
- loading property videos Real Estate
- Work directly with salespersons on projects.
- Type Listing & Purchase Agreements
- Create Market Proposals based on templates
- Email Correspondence (on behalf of salespersons)
- Send out contracts for digital signature
