We are hiring an entry level Junior Acquisitions Specialist to learn our business and grow with our team. This role is a balance of individual work and teamwork within a highly collaborative team. You will be working directly with clients to maintain and grow existing relationships and turn hot leads into closable deals. Responsibilities:

Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone Updating and managing Follow-Ups inside of CRM Going to on-site appointments Taking Pictures of Subject Properties while on appointments Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures

Qualifications:

You're good at: Negotiation Understanding Human Psychology Follow Up and Time Management Getting Contracts Signed. Converting Leads to Deals Real Estate Property Valuations Logistical Coordination in our market for going on appointments Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls, etc) Have a vehicle for outbound appointments You have experience in Residential Real Estate Acquisitions The following experience is relevant to us: At least 1 year of experience in Sales Vehicle for going on Appointments Smartphone and Laptop Storage for Taking and Uploading pictures Experience in working with CRM (Resimpli a plus) If this sounds interesting to you, please apply today!
