Job Description

We are a privately owned and operated multi-family property management company specializing in residential apartments and duplex communities throughout the Omaha metro. As an in-house management team, we take pride in hands-on operations, responsive service, and maintaining strong relationships with our residents and communities. Many of our properties do not have on-site leasing offices, so this role is primarily based out of our central office with responsibilities supporting multiple locations. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support leasing operations across our apartment and duplex portfolio. This role is responsible for leasing activity, applicant communication, property marketing support, and maintaining high occupancy across all communities. The Leasing Agent will work closely with property management, maintenance coordination, and ownership to ensure a seamless resident experience from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leasing inquiries (phone, email, online leads) Conduct virtual and in-person tours as needed across multiple properties Process rental applications, screenings, and lease agreements Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to achieve occupancy goals Understand and communicate current availability, pricing, and specials Assist with listing updates on rental platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) Monitor market trends and assist with pricing recommendations Provide professional communication with current and prospective residents Support move-in coordination and leasing documentation Assist with general resident questions and leasing-related issues Maintain accurate records in property management software Ensure leasing files and documentation are complete and compliant Qualifications Previous leasing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties Proficient with basic office systems and property management software (or ability to learn quickly) Positive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset Base pay with commission structure

From $22.00 per hour
