Leasing Consultant

Summary:

We seek a motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will drive business growth by managing lead inquiries, hosting property tours, and converting prospects into residents. You'll play a key part in our success by helping individuals discover their ideal homes while consistently meeting monthly performance targets. Bonuses paid for performance.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude Travel to appointments primarily in a company vehicle Look after the presentation of each unit or property in preparation for each showing Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings Help applicants understand the on-boarding process and their lease To excel in this role, you should thrive in a team-oriented environment, have a passion for sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
