Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Researcher and Escrow Closer to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will conduct comprehensive title searches, analyze property records, and ensure clear title reports. You will also manage escrow closings efficiently, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and facilitate smooth real estate transactions. Your expertise in research, legal principles related to real estate, and customer service will drive successful closings and uphold our commitment to excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a collaborative title company environment focused on real estate transactions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research of public records, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other sources to verify property ownership and history Analyze title reports to identify liens, encumbrances, or defects that could affect property transfer Prepare accurate and complete title commitments, policies, and related documentation for closing processes Coordinate escrow activities by managing deposits, disbursements, and closing statements in accordance with legal requirements Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, agents, and clients to facilitate timely and accurate closings Ensure compliance with all relevant laws governing real estate transactions and title processing Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the closing process Skills Willing to train for this job position Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels Join us in delivering seamless real estate transactions through meticulous research, precise processing, and outstanding client support.
