Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Vision insurance Bereavement leave Qualifications Administrative experience Task prioritization Clerical experience Proofreading Estate planning Full Job Description Estate Planning Legal Assistant - Full-time Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time Legal Assistant to join our Estate Planning and Probate Administration practice group in the Manchester, NH office. To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, prioritize tasks, have experience in estate planning/probate law, and be able to work independently. Duties include, but not limited to: Conducting conflict checks Contacting potential new clients Scheduling appointments and meetings for Attorneys, as needed, and otherwise manage Attorney calendars Assisting with opening and closing of files Assisting with managing case database and status tracker Preparing documents needed for client appointments Preparing and organizing executed estate planning documents Drafting correspondence to clients, interested parties, and the Court Assisting with client invoices and billing Managing prior client requests for estate planning documents or files Receiving, scanning, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence Filing internal documents Providing general secretarial support to attorneys and paralegals Attending to other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
