Job Description

As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for leasing available apartments in our luxury apartment communities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Leasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals. Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours. Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs. Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner. Some light travel required. Vehicle and valid drivers license required. Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary. Manage and supervise all internet advertising platforms currently used.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software required.
