In this energetic role, you will drive sales growth by engaging with customers and vendors, understanding their requirements, and providing the best possible solution. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between customer requirements and our innovative PCB offerings, ensuring a seamless sales experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical sales skills while contributing to a team oriented, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their PCB project requirements and technical specifications. Manage the sales pipeline through effective follow-up, qualification, and closing of leads. Generate PCB quotes from Gerber Files, BOMs and Drawings. Analyze manufacturing feasibility to ensure accurate pricing and lead-times. Enter customer PO's into our ERP System. Track orders from fabrication to shipping, while handling changes as they arise. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and confidently. Maintain proactive communication with customers to build trust and ensure high satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal PCB solutions based on given requirements. Processing invoices and maintaining updating client records & documentation. Maintaining customers, contacts, interactions and opportunities in our CRM Software. Helping to address potential customer complaints when the arise.
