Who we're seeking We are seeking a detail-oriented, strong 'A player' to assist on our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has begun a career in real estate or title and wants to dig in deeper and learn more, an experienced real estate transaction coordinator or someone with experience in title examination/reading or clearance/curative. Core Responsibilities Manage our new orders inflow. This includes set up and entry of new files (commercial and residential) and tracking turn times across multiple vendors and municipalities. Merging/typing title commitments. Reviewing requirements, exceptions and internally distributing a tight and clean package of documents to begin the title process. Manage remittances and other operational (not workflow) functions. Generally assist teammates.
Communication and attitude/outlook:
our success is a result of our ability to stay calm under pressure and (over)communicate good and bad news with clients and teammates. You will collaborate closely with escrow officers to review title searches, and produce accurate documents on tight deadlines. Required Experience & Qualifications Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable): 3+ years of experience in real estate (preferably title or transaction coordination, but not required) in some capacity Strong skills with people, emotional intelligence, self awareness A positive attitude, a true desire to help people inside the team and outside Demonstrated accountability and ownership mindset
