Responsibilities Convert leads from Zillow Preferred (Flex) and multiple other lead sources provided by the team — because a full pipeline is built into how we operate here Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to layer personal prospecting on top of the leads your team provides, building a business that's yours long-term Graduate from PLACE Launch to build the foundation that turns those leads into closed business, consistently Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that match their needs — skills your coaching will sharpen fast Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes using proven pricing strategies and staging guidance Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers with confidence, backed by a team that's seen every scenario Conduct two open houses monthly to deepen your presence in your local NJ market and generate organic opportunities Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology so your business stays organized and nothing falls through the cracks Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and a weekly 1:1 coaching session — the accountability here is real and it's what makes the difference Qualifications You're motivated, coachable, and ready to bet on yourself. You may be new to real estate or transitioning from another career — what matters is your willingness to follow a proven system, do the work, and grow. You're a natural connector who listens well and genuinely enjoys helping people.
