Multi-Site Leasing Agent | Fast-Paced, Sales-Driven, Team-Focused Clifton, NJ | 377 Units Across Two Communities Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday Schedule | Weekends Required Looking for more than just another leasing job? We're looking for a Leasing Agent who knows how to manage leads, build rapport quickly, and keep prospects moving through the process without letting details slip through the cracks. This is not an entry-level leasing role. We're looking for someone with direct apartment leasing experience who can independently manage a busy pipeline, stay organized under pressure, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience from first contact to signed lease. What You'll Own Leasing & Sales Performance Manage leads from first inquiry through signed lease with urgency and professionalism Conduct engaging apartment tours that build connection and close deals Follow up consistently with prospects to keep leads active and moving forward Confidently handle objections and guide prospects through the leasing process Lead Management & Organization Manage a high volume of leads, tasks, applications, and follow-ups independently Keep prospect communication organized, timely, and detailed Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through strong follow-up and consistent execution Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced multi-site environment Customer Experience & Relationship Building Build rapport quickly with prospects and residents through friendly, professional communication Deliver a customer experience that feels responsive, polished, and welcoming Communicate respectfully and effectively with teammates, residents, and management Operations & Team Support Process applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs accurately and efficiently Travel between communities as needed to support leasing coverage Work together with the team to keep operations smooth, organized, and resident-focused What Makes You a Great Fit Strong Follow-Up Skills
