Coordinate with property management to ensure units are ready for showings and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities. Promote community events and amenities to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and convert interest into signed leases. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all marketing materials are current and appealing. Experience Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email, MS Office, or property management software is advantageous.
