LEASING CONSULTANT.

The leasing consultants will work with the Property Manager and team to provide great customer service, meet with prospects and conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork/contracts, and follow-up with leads to generate traffic to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities
• Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home
• Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed
• Stay up-to-date on
• special offers
• - may change on a daily basis
• Research surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits to living in the area
• Administrative tasks where needed

Qualifications:

• Leasing experience required
• Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects and close leases
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• HUD experience is required All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
