Job Description
Job Summary Large Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Agent for Evergreen Meadows, a residential apartment community located in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to represent the property in a professional and welcoming manner. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and able to assist prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide property tours Answer questions regarding apartment availability, pricing, lease terms, and community amenities Follow up with prospective residents by phone and email Process applications and assist with leasing paperwork Maintain accurate records and resident files Assist current residents with questions, concerns, and service requests Support the Property Manager and leasing office with daily administrative tasks Maintain a professional and positive presence in the leasing office Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies Qualifications Prior leasing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills required Property management software experience preferred Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday On-call as needed Pay $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Pay may be negotiable based on experience Location Evergreen Meadows Leasing Office 208 White Birch Road Edison, NJ Application Questions How many years of leasing experience do you have?
