Multi Site Leasing Consultant

Salary:

$23 an hour

Bonus:

$100 per apartment leased! We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Leasing Consultant to multisite lease in the Edison NJ Area We're looking for passionate professionals to join our team and grow with us. If you meet the requirements listed and are interested, please submit your resume for consideration. As an Leasing Consultant , you will be responsible for: Brand recognition and online reputation. All aspects of leasing including; generating new leads, touring prospective residents, converting prospects into new leases. Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents and local merchants. Accurately process new lease applications, generate leases for new residents and lease renewals for existing residents. Work with the maintenance team on daily service calls; scheduling and complete follow up to ensure resident satisfaction. Full Leasing Reporting Compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations. Perform all other duties assigned. Qualifications On-site Leasing Experience Required (1 year minimum) Self-motivated Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Proficient in property management software, report writing, excel, and word Customer service skills and experience
