• You'll train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent in a high price point market. Support
• You're backed by one of the tops teams in the industry removing 80% of administrative working including customer service, listing preparation, staging, marketing, transaction coordination, etc. Lead Generation
• You'll close more homes faster using our PLACE lead generation systems, elevating your lead generation skillset. Open Houses
• Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings. Communication
• Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills, allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments. Script Training
• You'll join weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills. Coaching/Training
• To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others. Consultation
• Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers to guide them through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence.

Negotiation— Don't waste time on scripts that don't work.
