The Impact you will have in this role: DTCC is seeking an Associate Director, Release Train Engineer (RTE) to provide senior servant leadership and operational excellence for an Agile Release Train (ART). You will drive end-to-end program execution across multiple agile teams by leading PI Planning and key ART events, enabling dependency and risk management, and improving flow, predictability, and quality. As a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Operations leaders, you will help shape ways of working, champion continuous improvement, and support delivery outcomes in a scaled agile environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Own and facilitate PI Planning end-to-end for the ART, including pre-PI readiness, stakeholder alignment, and post-PI execution follow-through. Lead and evolve ART operating rhythms and ceremonies (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt), ensuring decisions, actions, and outcomes are driven to closure. Drive program-level visibility and governance across scope, commitments, dependencies, risks, and impediments; escalate effectively and enable timely decision-making. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Operations to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and remove systemic blockers impacting delivery. Improve flow and predictability through data-driven execution management (e.g., PI/iteration predictability, throughput/lead time, defect trends), and actionable improvement plans. Coach and develop Scrum Masters and agile leaders and help scale consistent agile practices across teams. Lead Inspect & Adapt outcomes, including problem-solving workshops, improvement backlog creation, prioritization, and sustained follow-through. Support transformation initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, influencing cross-functional ways of working, and contributing to enterprise agile maturity. •

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience enabling technology delivery in agile environments, including significant experience operating at program/ART level across multiple teams. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for
