This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the drive to keep pushing until results happen. No license required. This is a commission based 1099 independent contractor position with strong earning potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Show apartments to prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with clients.
  • Generate new opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
  • Follow up with leads and keep deals moving forward.
  • Guide prospects through the rental process from first contact to approval.
  • Coordinate showings efficiently and maintain organized communication.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong people skills and confidence speaking with others.
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Persistent attitude, does not take no as a final answer.
  • Positive mindset and not easily discouraged.
  • Sales or closing experience is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Reliable car for transportation.
  • Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
