Job Description

Full-Time Leasing Consultant - Luxury Apartment Community Princeton, NJ Our growing property management company is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for a luxury apartment community located in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced leasing environment while providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Schedule:
The leasing office is open 7 days per week from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work any combination of these hours, five days per week, totaling approximately 35-40 hours weekly. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Tour prospective residents throughout the apartment community Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist with lease applications and resident paperwork Maintain strong resident relations and customer service Handle multiple tasks and priorities throughout the workday Assist with marketing and community presentation Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Ability to walk the property and tour multiple prospects daily, including three-story walk-up buildings Flexible schedule, including weekends Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Benefits (Full-Time Employees): 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
