This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney with 3-6 years of law firm or bank experience in estate administration. Ideal candidate must have a diligent work ethic, in-depth knowledge of federal estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax, accompanying regulations and Form 706, NJ inheritance tax and accompanying forms, estate administration laws and regulations, strong legal research and analytical skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively with exceptional attention to detail. Candidate must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. LLMpreferred but not required.
