Experienced Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate) We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and experienced Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. This is a critical role focused on ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient transactions from contract to close.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a real estate Transaction Coordinator Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Professional communication with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without missing deadlines Tech-savvy and comfortable with transaction management systems

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of transactions from contract to closing Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant Coordinate with all parties involved to keep deals moving forward Track deadlines and proactively resolve issues Provide a high level of service to clients and agents Assist with social media marketing, including coordinating sold posts, scheduling content, and helping maintain a consistent online presence for the team
