What You'll Be Doing You'll be the first impression of the community — and a big reason prospects become residents.

Your day-to-day will include:

Touring prospective residents and creating an exceptional leasing experience Following up with leads quickly and consistently (this is where the wins happen) Guiding prospects through the application and move-in process with clarity and care Keeping prospect and resident records accurate in our leasing system Helping maintain a clean, professional leasing office and tour-ready model Supporting resident communication and renewal efforts Assisting with community marketing and outreach to drive traffic What Makes This Role Different A lot of leasing jobs promise "growth" and "team culture."
