Compensation:

$80,000+ Commission based

Responsibilities:

Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions Show company rental properties to applicants. Provide field support to the property management team. Assist the sales team with available listings showings to potential Buyers.

Qualifications:
