Leasing Consultant North Las Vegas, NV $18 ‒ $18 Hourly Apply for this position Back to Jobs We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-line leasing role. In this position, you will help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the community. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing sales, service, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available homes or units. Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Present community features, amenities, pricing, and lease options clearly and accurately. Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease documentation. Follow up with prospects to maintain strong conversion and occupancy goals. Assist current residents with questions, service requests, and general community information. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, leases, and resident communications. Support marketing efforts such as outreach, events, and property presentations. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to help ensure a positive resident experience. Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional leasing office environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Comfortable learning leasing software, office systems, and digital communication tools. Basic understanding of rental processes, lease agreements, and property operations preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
