Job Description

Our amazing Property Management Team in Reno, NV is in need of an experienced and talented Leasing Agent/Property Manager, to join our Property Management Team. The top candidate must be a self-starter, a good communicator, attention to detail, and have a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the Management of the day-to-day operation of leasing for TriEx Management including: Working with the Property Manager/Leasing team to complete application documents for potential residents about available listings. Manage the stock of vacant units to ensure they are posted to marketing websites with the correct listing data. Coordinate/Perform pre move in inspections and schedule vendors as needed to prepare units for occupancy. Organize and file paperwork. Participate with ongoing resident retention. Ability to answer telephones, clearly respond to inquiries and produce messages. Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures paperwork is organized and complete. -Assist with accounting functions for Property Management, maintenance and construction: Entering Accounts Payable/Invoices. Receipt of Income Payments. Enter billing information from time cards. Property performance analysis. Annual client & vendor tax reporting. Property tax payables. Accounts/Bank Reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Deadline oriented individual with ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Basic computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Experience with Property Management Software (i.e. Yardi, Appfolio).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
  • Prior work experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Upon hiring employee will be required to obtain a Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit within 120 days, approved costs will be reimbursed upon successfully obtaining this License/Permit.
