Leasing Agent Class A Property

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join the team at a luxury apartment community in Brewerton. This is not a passive leasing role—you will be responsible for driving occupancy, converting leads, and delivering a top-tier resident experience . This position is ideal for someone who is responsive, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings . Responsibilities Respond to all leasing inquiries quickly and professionally Conduct in-person and virtual tours of available apartments Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases Execute lease agreements and manage move-in coordination Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing activity in the CRM (AppFolio) Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings and social media Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready at all times Deliver a high level of customer service to prospects and residents Support occupancy goals through proactive outreach and follow-up What We're Looking For Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and closing skills Highly responsive and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Tech-savvy (AppFolio or similar systems a plus) Compensation $20.00
