- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Assist with leasing and resident retention efforts
- Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and required paperwork
- Answer phones and provide administrative support
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community events
- Coordinate resident concerns and service requests
- Help achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals ⭐ What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, Entrata, or similar property management software preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and resident relations skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
