REQUIRED
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
REQUIRED
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, Entrata, or similar property management software preferred Reliable transportation Strong customer service and resident relations skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, reliable, and motivated to succeed
Ideal Backgrounds Include Apartment Leasing Consultant Leasing Professional Assistant Property Manager Property Management Professional Multifamily Housing Professional Please Note:
Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience is required for this position. Applications without apartment leasing experience may not be considered.
