We're looking for a results-driven Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-oriented environment and knows how to turn leads into signed leases. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role where your ability to follow up, build rapport, and close directly drives your income. You'll represent our residential communities, manage the leasing pipeline, and play a key role in maximizing occupancy and revenue. What You'll Do Respond quickly to inbound leads and aggressively follow up to close leases Conduct property tours that convert interest into applications Market available units with compelling listings, photos, and online exposure Screen applicants and move qualified prospects efficiently through approval Prepare and execute leases, collect rent and security deposits Coordinate move-ins, walkthroughs, and key handoffs Drive lease renewals and retention to protect revenue Maintain accurate leasing pipelines and performance tracking in property management software Support resident communication initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention What We're Looking For Strong sales instincts with a track record of closing or hitting targets Confident, persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up and time management Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable for results Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and social media platforms Proficient with property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems for managing leads, leases, renewals, and reporting Canva or design experience is a plus Preferred Experience Leasing, real estate, or commission-based sales experience Multifamily or residential property management background Associate's degree or higher Hands-on experience managing a full leasing cycle within a property management platform Compensation & Perks $65,000-$75,000+ annual compensation (base salary + commission) Commission structure rewards speed-to-lease, follow-up, and performance Full-time role; evenings and weekends required during peak leasing seasons Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Small, driven team where top performers are recognized and valued High visibility role with room to grow as portfolio performance increases If you're motivated by results, not just routines—and want your income to reflect your effort—this role is for you!
