Seasonal Leasing Agent

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transition for prospective tenants. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Assist potential renters with the application process and provide information on leasing terms. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update leasing databases. Handle inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure timely resolutions. Requirements Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management is preferred. Strong office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant issues professionally.
