This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist with application processing and lease preparation Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM software Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM software systems Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong customer-facing service skills and professional communication Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available to work Saturdays is required A valid NY State Driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.
